Frank joined the agency full time in 1995 after graduating from West Virginia University. He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2004 and has served as President of the agency since 2001. Frank handles all lines of insurance and specializes in small commercial risks.

Frank is a member of several local and national associations. Some professional associations include the Insurance Agents and Brokers of Maryland, the Society for Certified Insurance Counselors, the Francis Scott Key Coffee House, and the Brewers’ Association of Maryland. He is also a Lifetime Member of the West Virginia Alumni Association, the WVU Frederick, MD Alumni Association, a Life Member of the Braddock Heights Volunteer Fire Company, a member of the Rotary Club of Frederick, and currently volunteers for The Community Foundation of Frederick County, serving on their Grants Committee.

Frank lives in Braddock Heights with his wife, Alexia, and their three boys. When not at the office, you can find Frank holding a fishing pole, cooking on his cherished Big Green Egg, in a pool somewhere, or cheering on his Mountaineers.

Barbara Ragazinsky, CISR

After 20 years of selling bonds in DC, Barbara decided to cut her commute and joined us in 2000. Since that time, she has specialized in servicing our personal lines accounts, small commercial accounts, and of course, bonds. Barbara obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2009 and currently lives in Frederick.

Barbara officially retired 12-31-2024, but we cried so hard, she agreed to stay in touch with us. Therefore, you may hear her voice when you call or may see her on occassion when she is filling in for someone while on vacation, or helping us with our back office needs. She also recently secured her Life and Health Insurance license, so contact her for a quote!

Regina Lewis

Agent & Client Services Representative

Regina is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent and dedicated Client Services Representative at Lebherz Insurance. A proud graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in Accounting, Regina brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the insurance industry.

Her journey with Lebherz Insurance began over 10 years ago as a file clerk. Through hard work, reliability, and a deepening passion for helping clients, Regina advanced to become a trusted licensed agent. Today, she combines her financial background and industry knowledge to support clients with their personal and small commercial insurance needs, always delivering thoughtful, responsive service.

Regina is known for her attention to detail, her commitment to doing what’s right for each client, and her ability to explain coverage in a way that’s clear and approachable.

Regina is no stranger to us here at Lebherz, nor should she be to our clients! Regina returned to us part time in the Spring of 2022 after a 3 year or so hiatus to take care of her family. We are happy to have her back! Currently, Regina’s duties consist of administrative tasks, payments, and general service requests.

On a personal note, Regina lives in Frederick with her husband and twin boys. She is an outstanding baker, a fact which is easily confirmed by her co-workers!

Karina Gordon

Administrative Assistant

Karina is a part-time Administrative Assistant supporting the daily operations of our insurance agency. She plays an essential role in maintaining smooth office workflows by assisting with client communications, processing policy documents, handling payments, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting our agents with various administrative tasks. Karina’s attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor make her a valuable asset to both our team and the clients we serve.

Danielle Loutzenhiser

Licensed Agent & Client Services Rep

Danielle Loutzenhiser joined Lebherz Insurance in 2018, starting as an administrative assistant, quickly proving herself to be a driven and dedicated professional. Through hard work and a passion for helping others, she worked her way up to become a licensed Property and Casualty agent. Danielle brings with her a background in the mortgage industry and a strong commitment to advocating for our clients every step of the way.

Her outstanding work ethic, friendly nature, and sharp attention to detail make her a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs. In addition to her role in insurance, Danielle is also a licensed esthetician—another reflection of her commitment to service and professionalism.
