Rain Can't Stop Superior Service

after a major rain storm raged through
Frederick County, Md., last year. They
filed the claim with Agent Frank
Lebherz of the Lebherz Insurance
Agency in Frederick, Md.
 “Frank took it upon himself to
immediately monitor our claim,” wrote
Paul Clarke in a letter to ERIE praising
Frank’s swift action. “He was very
aware that we needed to find the source
of the problem and fix it as soon He even visited us early on Saturday morning and
offered to cover the damaged roof until the authorized roofers
came.”
Frank recalls the situation: “Weather forecasters were calling
for a lot more rain that evening, and we wanted to get the roof
covered to prevent further damage,” Frank said. “Fortunately,
we were able to find someone to tarp it fairly quickly.”
Paul also said in his letter that he now understands what
other Policyholders mean about ERIE’s service. “The service
I received from Frank and his agency staff was what I had
been reading about in EriesenseTM magazine,” Clarke wrote.
“Carolyn and I are very fortunate that we have chosen Erie
Insurance for our home and auto insurance.”
