 After managing the local AAA office in Frederick, MD for several years, Frank Lebherz, Sr., set out to start his own insurance operation. With the support of his wife and 3 young daughters, Lebherz Insurance was started in 1969. Lebherz Insurance operated out of an office in the family residence for a few years. As the business grew, it was necessary to move the office out of the house and to a location in Frederick City. In 1978, the business was moved to a larger facility at the corner of Patrick and Jefferson Streets where it currently is today. From our modest beginnings, we have grown to service over 2,000 accounts and have grown simply by providing the professional service our clients expect. In 2001, Frank Lebherz, Jr., became the President and owner of the agency. Frank, Jr. is a 1995 graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Interpersonal Communication. Frank believes what sets the operation apart from the competition is the individualized attention his clients receive. His staff of professionals will take the time necessary to understand the needs of your family and/or your business and will match the proper coverage to meet those needs. They will expalin your choices, answer your questions, and give you complete information so you can make informed decisions.
